Poster Image slide of Web Story is not showing

    Hello Friends,

    My web story “poster image Template/Slide is not showing in preview and after published the web story, though it saved as poster image. Pls, help me to fix this issue.

    Hi there,

    Can you please elaborate where images are missing? A screenshot would be helpful.

    When I visit https://zestycrush.com/web-stories/dare-to-roam-with-lions-discover-the-wild-adventure-of-vasona-safari/, everything looks fine and all images are visible.

    I think poster image will appear in first place in google discover, once viewer click on thumbnail (Poster image) , then he will first view the 1st template (Cover template) to start the story. I have not seen my story in google discover so far, so I don’t have idea about my poster/thumbnail image is available or not in my web stories.

    Simple question: Is poster image shows in preview or not ? If yes, mine is not showing.

    The poster image is something that people will see in places like Discover or Search. It’s like the featured image when writing a blog post. It is not shown when you view the story. When you view a story, you will only see those pages that you created.

    So what you are currently seeing is expected.
