    Hi @hami07,

    Glad you reached out!

It sounds like your IP is gets temporarily locked out or banned by Solid Security, however, there should be a record of it within the plugin and the site’s database.

Can you try navigating to Security > Logs > All Events tab and check if there was a record of your blocked login attempt? If there is, please view the “Raw Details” for more information on what triggered the block.

Then, go to Security > Settings > Global Settings > IP Detection and double-check the configured “Proxy Detection” setting as incorrect detection can lead to Solid Security finding the login attempt suspicious. Make sure the correct method for your hosting environment is selected.

Try also to whitelist your actual IP within the Authorized IPs section in Global Settings to see if that would help.

Let us know what you discover!

    Hello @shanedelierrr

Thansk for your reply and the troubleshooting steps!

In the Logs-Tab there are some entries, but those are informational or warnings.
Just a few minutes ago I got locked out again after entering the 2FA-Email-Code, but can still access the site via a different device and network, but there is nothing with related timestamps, all I´m seeing are from days ago…

The “IP Dectection” is configured to be automatically detected with “Security Check Scan”, but I´m gonna check with the hosting-company and ISP, if they have some relevant information, that I might need to change this setting!

I´ve already whitelisted my IP, but it still keeps happening…
The strangest thing to me is, that there is no indication of blocking in the dashboard or logging whatsoever.
