Generation time

    I would like to have my feeds generate atspecific times. I can see from the scheduled actions list in woocommerce that it is supposed to generate at midnight, however I can see that it is currently generating not 11 am. Can you advise and what I’m supposed to do to amend this?

    Hi @daryltav ,

    It’s likely that the feed generates at a differerent time, please go to the completed actions schedules in woo commerce and see if the refresh feeds are actually completed.

    I logged in early today and the feeds were still stuck at 4%. I think they are starting at midnight to generate but they don’t finish and they just get stuck.

    Which completes event should I look for in the scheduled actions complete log?

    I can see the batch events in the completed section however nothing to say that the complete feeds have been successfully generated.

    Can you make any suggestions?

    Hi @daryltav ,

    Try lowering your batch size: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/; When the feeds are stuck it’s usually the server resource maxing it.

    For starters try 50/100; lower or increase the value depending on outcome.
