Hi @aspiesoft, glad you reached out!
Running into this error during installation can be due to the following:
- lack of disk space – WordPress requires sufficient space to download, unzip, and move the plugin files during the installation process
- file permissions issue – You may check WP Admin > Tools > Site Health > Info > Filesystem Permissions if paths are all “writable”
- server-side restriction – Try to download that missing PNG file and upload it via SFTP and see if it works
I’d highly recommend checking the above areas with your hosting provider for more insights.
You can also try to manually install the plugin via SFTP or your hosting file manager.
Let us know what you can find.
