The red crosses you see when running a manual Site Scan is most likely due to having “Logging” method set to “File Only”.
Can you please confirm if this is the case by going to Security > Setting > Global Settings > Logging and confirm if yours is set to “File Only”?
If so, try changing it to “Both” or “Database Only”, then run another manual Site Scan to check if that removes the red crosses.
