Have you come across any commonalities between those users who purchase a product and then lose access to their course? Which payment gateway are you using in Woo? Does the member still maintain their PMPro membership access as normal?

Thank you for the quick response. I haven’t found any commonalities. This issue has happened a few times now and varies among all users. Sometimes it affects a few users or a few courses, seemingly at random. When I try troubleshooting by removing and adding levels or level groups to the course, the users regain access, but within a short period, the problem recurs and they are denied access to the course.
The user’s level remains correct. For example, a user with the highest level membership retains that membership. In the course, there is even a note stating that the course is included, but when clicking on the enrollment button, the user is redirected to the membership plan page, which I used for the LearnDash URL. It is a custom-made membership plan page (Elementor connecting to WooCommerce), but even with the default PM Pro membership level page, this problem occurs.
Thank you for your feedback. I’m afraid without any commonalities between users, it becomes a challenge to narrow down a possible cause behind this.
Please send me a list of active plugins you have installed on your site (this can be found in your Site Health under the Tools menu item so that I can have a better understanding of what is currently running.

The first time the problem occurred, all the users were affected. Now the problem occurs inconsistently. For instance, I didn’t have access to a few courses with my test account yesterday, but today everything works fine again.
