This appears to be an attribution conflict. If you add a button to the article that leads to the product card, which gives access to paid content, then the product will NOT be added to the cart WooCommerce.
But if you provide a link to a store category in WooCommerce, the product is added to the cart.
Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
Please send me a link to one of the affected pages/products so that I can take a further look into this for you.

Thanks for your response. The problem is resolved.
For example, I created a product that gives access for 1 month. This is the only access plan. If you specify a link to this product in the button at the end of the article (the link can be configured in your plugin), then adding to cart does not work. Doesn’t work at all.
But if you provide a link to the main page of the store or to a category, then everything works great.
Thanks for your wonderful plugin!
Thank you for your feedback. This is possibly site-specific as I haven’t been able to replicate the same behavior on my own site. If you want to explore this further I would recommend reaching out to a developer for further assistance.
I’m glad to hear you’ve found a workaround for this though. Please feel free to reach out if there’s anything else we can assist with by starting a new topic for each question.
Kind Regards,
