Bug?: Icon List Item Link brakes columns

As soon as i add a link to an item (SVG Code) in the icon list, the enabled column function stops working (reproducable). The list is also placed outside the content area – on the left side – then.
Switching the column from raster to flex box, changing numbers or disable and reenable them doesn’t help.

I use Blocksy Pro Theme only, everything is up to date, the icon list was inserted on an empty page.
