    Hi,

I activated my 2FA and is working fine, but there is a message “Security by CleanTalk”.

Is there anyway to remove the message “by CleanTalk”, to avoid giving the security tool I’m using, this will give a source for hacker.

    Thank you

    Hello,

You can disable the ‘Let them know about protection’ option here:

WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> General settings tab

    Did it help?

    Hi Serge,

I did activate the 2FA in this location, and when I opened my WordPress dashboard, website/wp-admin, I have the popup to enter the code, with the message “Security by CleanTalk” on the popup.

I know putting your brand name on the popup is sort of marketing for you, but for security reason, I don’t want hackers know what security solution I’m using. So I want to have the 2FA popup without CleanTalk name.

    Thank you

Unfortunately, there is no option to disable this message after entering the password. But to see the message a user should enter the correct credentials.

Yes you’re right, the message doesn’t appear when opening wp-admin the first time, its appear after a successful login to reminder that the code is requested from CleanTalk.

Thank you for the answer and follow-up, I appreciated. You can close this ticket.

    Take care
