Emails ONLY contain Billing address NOT shipping

NOT sure if this is a theme issue or a woocommerce issue – I have logged a support request –

ON The email that is sent to say congratulations a NEW order has been placed ,

I used to get both the shipping address and the billing address shown at the bottom of the order – THAT now only seems to show JUST the billing address – EVEN when a shipping address has been entered , the email used to provide both shipping and billing even if they happened to be the same , address , but we had ALL the details – phone number is only in billing for example

I dont keep a record of the dates I update the theme or woocommerce – perhaps I should , as looking back at order emails – Some have them some do not – I’m just looking to see if i can corralate and update with the order issue

Maybe going forward , I should always do a test order to check the system

I dont do websites for a living , this is a self hosted site which i keep updated for a friend , so not a profit making setup

The total theme is using a child theme that I set up – to ensure any updates to the theme did NOT change some of the function.php code i added and the CSS code i under

But that has been there for a while now – with the exception of a font bug that the theme auther helped with earlier in the week following an update

Our hosting is a simple plan from IONOS , setup in 2018
