    Hello,

    Our user got this problem with reCAPTCHA

    >> Can you please tell us what kind error did get? We would like to solve it. 

    I submitted the all answer in first time which is exactly the same which I answered second time, but when I was submitting the answer first time and  webpage requested for the Answer of “I am not a robot” check and there I found some glitch and immediately I got zero score for same answer. It seems something broken and answer submitted with o selection. I was surprised that at least one answer should be selected.   I think there is no option to look back what were your answer. So I tried to open the link again and I ended up same question again and I submitted again ang got the score which I have shared. But you have mentioned that it is counted as second trial but for me it was the same answer and two different results.

    PS: UPDATE: The user used computer and edge browser. This is not the first time that our visitors complaining about the reCAPTCHA.

    We can not replicate this issue at our end.
