WordPress version conflict issue

    I need to update some plugins which is paid so that sometime need to update from reuploading from the source but it happens with me by 2 different plugins
    actually my wordpress version is updated but when i upload the plugin it ask me require wordpress version is 4.7.0 and need 5.0 its 6.5.3

    can check these 2 screen shot and suggest why I cannot upload the plugin and why its shows wrong version there ?
