For us to check the issue further, could you confirm the following:
- Are you having an issue with the Event Tickets 5.10.0?
- Do you have Event Tickets Plus installed?
- Are you using Ticket Commerce or WooCommerce?
- Does the issue persist if you only activate our plugins? [see- Testing Conflicts]
- Are you using Classic or Block editor?
Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could include more details, such as a screenshot or a screen recording.

By any chance, do you have a ACF PRO installed? If so, please try installing The Events Calendar, and see if that makes a difference?
