Non-commercial website

    I’ve been using Jetpack since 2017 and my site has never had any problems. However, a month ago it was flagged as commercial, even though it does not have any ads, sell products, or anything like that. How can I reverse this situation?

    I’m following the instructions, but I can’t access the free stats.

    So when I click on ‘continue with jetpack stats for free’ it goes to the page below.

    The screen stays like that and when I go to my website, Jetpack Stats Free is still not accessible.

    Hi @danielgfm1, I can see you could subscribe to Jetpack Stats (Free non-commercial license) for the https://www.comunidademegadrive.com.br site. Please let us know if you need help with anything else.
