Hi @betc125 and thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you are unable to install Site Kit. I’d be happy to help you with this. Please could you share the following information:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. At what stage of the installation is it failing and do you see any error messages including console errors?
    3. Any screenshots or recordings which will help us to see the issue you are facing.

If you have any questions in the meantime then let me know and I will be happy to help with those.

@betc125 Thanks for sharing the site health that’s helpful. While I am checking through this, could you also share the information from points 2 and 3 above as well if possible? It would be helpful to see at what stage you are encountering the issue and if you see any failure message or error.

@betc125 Thanks for sharing that is very helpful. Could I first check with you if when you see this message in Site Kit, do you see a redo setup button anywhere? If you do, have you tried this? And if not could you please try the redo setup.

If the above isn’t working or you don’t have that option, could you please next try a Site Kit reset. Once reset could you try setting up Site Kit again and let me know if this works for you?
