Product review error for variable products

    Hi,

    When uploading reviews, the reviews for variable products are getting rejected with the error – Product with id = 790 doesn’t exist in this Woocommerce store.

    The product id does exist, how can I resolve this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Our plugin works with the standard feature of WooCommerce and reviews for variable products are stored on the level of the parent product and not on the level of its variations. Please replace the variation ID with its parent product ID and import the reviews again.
