Unable to Import

We recently updated our website and the flipbooks didn’t transfer. We have the backup json file, but when we try to upload them we get an error page (https://richardroberts.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=real3d_flipbook_activation) that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
