Dear all I use the free version of the plugin and while facebook reads the XML, every time it syncs with new products it removes older products for some reason. The error I get is CONTENT ID IS DUPLICATE.

In order to have a closer look can you share the following with us:
1. Your product feed URL
2. The plugin debug.log URL. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
