We are trying to use a popup, however it overrides site styles by inlining them on <body>. We have reverted to using the default palettes (in order to test) and disabling our custom css (in order to rule our own settings out) but this behaviour still happens. What could be causing this?

    Hi @nowton,

I’m afraid, without seeing the issue live it’s tough to state what might be causing it. Most probably similar classes are used in other plugins hence the conflict.

Is there any staging site URL which you could share where you could replicate the issue so that we could have a better idea?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin

In the meantime we have determined that a script embed from the customer’s CRM influences the frontend. Thanks for your effort!
