If I decided to purchase the basic plan, how can I upgrade, and how do I link it to my website?
Hi @esrmz,
1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Subscription Plans -> click on the subscription plan you had this issue with -> and send a full screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
3. Could you please go to the WordPress Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members page, hover your mouse cursor over the member (with which you have encountered this issue), and click on the Edit Member link that appears? Once you are on the Edit Member page click on the “Edit” button from the Subscription tab and please take a screenshot of the Subscription Logs. Note: Please make sure that sensitive information, for example, the user’s email address can not be seen in the screenshot (make sure it’s blurred or hidden).
You can see here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/member-management/#Subscription_Logs an example of how the Subscription Logs should look.
4. On what exactly are you trying to apply the PMS Content Restriction on? Is it a normal WordPress Page or Post (Dashboard -> Pages, or Dashboard -> Posts)? or is it something in particular created by a different plugin?
Note: Sorry, but we are not allowed to speak about the paid versions here (you asked about the Basic version). In case you would like to have that conversation please open a support pre-sale ticket here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/

Hello, thank you for the assistance.
I’m attaching the screenshots you requested:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1I29La_uxhRC9a_OHrezwx7BTilsexqe8?usp=sharing
*This is happening with all three of my subscription plans and with different users, not just one. However, I’m attaching screenshots of the latest case.
- The restriction is being applied to two main pages. The first has 4 sub-pages where I’m also applying it, and the second has 8 sub-pages where the restriction is also applied.
*An important note is that today I was running tests by deactivating plugins to see if any were interfering, and when I deactivated “WP Fastest Cache,” everything started working normally. That is, the restricted content is released normally, and everything is fine. Do you think that was the problem?
**Despite this, I still have an error message in the footer of the entire site. I’ll show you:

Thank you so much.
Hi @esrmz,
Thank you for the attached screenshots!
If you had the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin active, and just by disabling the caching plugin fixed the issue, then this indicates that the issue was caused by this (it was a caching issue). In this situation, you can try looking in the caching plugin to see if there is any functionality to exclude the pages where you encounter the issue from caching.
Note: Regarding the error message you’ve mentioned. We’re aware of that and the fix for it will come in one of our future updates to Paid Member Subscriptions. I still want to mention that you should not worry about this warning, it will not affect the functionality of your site. To hide it you need to put WP_DEBUG on false in wp-config or you can downgrade the PMS plugin to version 2.10.0 (you can download this version from the bottom of this page).

Hello, thank you. Everything is ok now with the version 2.10.0, let me know when you fix the most recent version. =)
Hi @esrmz,
The issue regarding the discount code message will be fixed in our next update to Paid Member Subscriptions (which will be released in approximately 2 weeks).
For now, I will mark both support threads regarding the Content Restriction as resolved.
Kind regards,
