You will definitely need a backup of the project to restore the plugin directory. Or at least access to the database to check what was installed.
The best way to clarify this is via the hoster. Can you recognise this by the server you have to use for the FTP connection? You should also receive an invoice for the hosting. And you could also try to find out here: https://hostingchecker.com
i think it says godaddy is the host. I cannot restore as it probably wasn’t backed up. all plugin have been deleted.
Have you found your access to the Godaddy hosting area? If so, call the phpmyadmin there as described here: https://www.godaddy.com/help/open-phpmyadmin-24573.
There you will find a database table called “options”, which is prefixed with your individual prefix. There is a data record with the “option_name” “active_plugins”. This has a value in which the plugins used should be recognisable. You can then simply reinstall these via the backend (but make sure you save this value first as it will be overwritten).
If you need help with this or if this value is empty, please contact Godaddy support.
i just found out the it is hosted by websitewelcome. I cannot reach them for some reason
