    Good morning,

I recently migrated a WordPress website from one account to another on GoDaddy.com. Now, all pages with Paid Membership Subscriptions content redirect to the temporary myftpupload.com subdomain they’ve assigned to my Managed WordPress account. The website’s database is pointing properly to my main domain. I’ve reached out to GoDaddy and they say the issue is with my content. Since it’s only pages with the Paid Membership Subscriptions plugin (and the restricted content it protects) that are affected, I’m hoping you will have a solution for me. None of our subscribers are able to see the member only content after logging in – it says they are logged in, but then the pages they try to access say that they can’t access them because they aren’t members.

To see the issue, check https://wynngmitroski.com/subscribe/ and click on one of the options (you will see the redirect). How can we solve this?

Just to clarify – the subdomain is used temporarily by GoDaddy when they do the migration. So it must have changed within Paid Membership Subscriptions then. I just don’t know how to switch it back to my own domain now.

    Melanie

Oops! The issue wasn’t with the plugin in the end. I just realized that all the links associated with images in Elementor had been changed to the temporary link but didn’t change back when they re-installed it on my domain. Changed them just now and all works great again. Thanks for a great plugin!
