Members not created after sucess

    Hopefully a simple issue to solve. The site runs PMPro with Gravity PMP addon. When the form is submitted and payments taken, a user is created in wordpress.

    However the user is not appearing in PMPro members list, payments (and subcriptions) are being setup on the payment gateway fine (Stripe) – but with the members being added to the PMPro members list it’s a manual job to keep on top of things.

    This used to work, though quite a while ago – it’s probably something simple so hoping someone has a few ideas.

    The Gravity PMP Add On is developed and supported by a third-party developer. There are known issues with this Add On and we recommend taking it up with them to try and resolve this.
