Latest update 7.01 typography issues

    I just updated to latest version 7.01 and although i simply love this plugin, all my typography presets have disappeared. Pulling hair out.

    Where are they please? Did your update ‘put’ them somewhere or have i got to go through my whole site, checking all the fonts for various devices. I really liked the 5 presets.

    Was just about to post to live. Now this looks like a whole heap of work that I need to do first:-((

    It’s also removed all my customised breakpoints :-(((

    Is there anything I can read? Understand your development path and constraints but this is a headache.

    Sorted breakpoints, but can’t see where to reconfigure presets, type sizes in particular. Where please?

    I made changes to the breakpoints, saved, but when i reload the page, they’re gone back to your defaults? (tears hair out)

    I tried saving the breakpoint changes in global and on the page and neither saves them.

    Applied 7.2.

    Finally managed to save breakpoints that 7.1 and 7.2 overwrote. Has caused layout issues – i.e. extra work.

    Still need advice on how the new globals/variants/stylebook is supposed to work. And where I can reset up presets.

    Tried editing globals, but if I change H1 global to colour #FFFFFF guess what, can’t see it any more in the global element options!

    Restarted pc, cleared cache, tried again and still can’t change the breakpoints back to what they used to be. At this stage, have little choice but to revert to backup which uses pre 7.01 version and pause GS updates.

    Ok the breakpoints are now working. But where do we set up the typography presets?

    They were removed, they are still working on places where you used them. Check update notice

    OK, thank you. I am now using the new classes and I see the styles are still there. I have a couple of suggestions:

    1. Ability to edit the names of the classes.
    2. When the classes list, could they be sorted alphabetically? Once you have a few its a long list to scroll…
    3. Ability to duplicate and then edit classes in the stylebook.

    we have plans to add this

    2. they are sorted by date. And there is no big sense to scroll classes, class field is working as search, you can type first letters of class to find it

    3. class requires some unique data which will create conflicts if you just duplicate classes
