Please reactivate the plugin with clearing all its data in the database:
1) WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → enable the “Complete Deactivation” option → Save Changes.
2) WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Security by CleanTalk → Deactivate and then Activate.
3) Insert the Access key from your CleanTalk dashboard.
