I am getting duplicate sizes on the google merchant feed.

<g:title>Personalised Sage Green Knitted Pom Baby Hat – Newborn-6months <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Newborn-6months</span></g:title> (Underlined is the duplication)

Steps I have taken to correct are as follows but the feed data does not change.
1. Removed product manipulation, refreshed, and checked the feed data. Still remains the same. Even after 24hrs
2. Checked Feed rules. Nothing to suggest the data should be entered
Any recommendations on how to correct this?

Thanks for sending over the URL’s. We had a look and can no longer find the duplicate title’s so it seems you were able to solve the issue yourselves?

Hi,

The issue is not resolved. The first item in the feed ‘Personalised Sage Green Knitted Pom Baby Hat Newborn-6months Newborn-6months’. As you can see Newborn-6months repeats twice. It is only on certain products this occurs. I cannot find any setting instructing the feed to do this.

Product Title is ‘Personalised Sage Green Knitted Pom Baby Hat’

Variant is ‘Newborn-6months’

I see, I must have misunderstood, I though you meant the same product showed in your feed twice.

Unfortunately your debug.log URL shows a 403 permission error, we are not allowed to open it. See: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/0ysu8kygml4u6nebvzrf3/Screenshot-2023-10-18-at-13.41.38.png?rlkey=9r3rsp700910mynbq5oxo547s&dl=0. Because of this we cannot see how you configured your feed. Perhaps you can open up the URL for us?

I get the same 403 when trying to access and I have full admin rights to the site.

Changing the mapping as advised has worked but now I do not have the variant at all.

Perhaps you can grab the debug.log file directly from your server?
