I have created my website for blogging. I also create web stories related to my topics for attracting traffic on my site. But on Homepage of my website, “https://viralkrushinews.com/” I have menu named ‘WEB STORIES’. Under this menu all my web stories get published. But they are showing error message, “404 error. OOPS Page not Found.” on my homepage and showing error message, “Compatibility: Your story contains errors that can affect eligibility to appear on Google. Please see our FAQ for more information.” in web stories editor.

    Please guide me ASAP.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Regards,

    Jitendra.

  • @pawarjitendraj Thank you for reaching out with your topic.

I see that your site is accessible via both http://viralkrushinews.com and https://viralkrushinews.com (http vs. https). You should really make sure that the HTTP version redirects to HTTPS.

Next, please try to reset the permalink structure by going to your WP Settings > Permalinks > clicking save without changing anything? Then, set the Web Stories to Public and update the post once more.

We are going to mark your topic as resolved as we haven’t received a response. Please feel free to open a new support topic if you experience any other issues. Thank you!

My website ‘bhartiyasharemarket.com ‘ opening page is showing message like “This website having critical error “

Errors like this are usually logged so you can try checking the error log on your server. Do you have access to the PHP error/ WP DEBUG logs?

Temporarily setting define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); and define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, true ); in your wp-config.php file should show you an additional error message that can help track down the issue.

You can reach out to your hosting provider if you’re unable to edit that file directly or need their help to provide the server logs.

Since there hasn’t been any further response, this topic is marked as resolved. Please create a new topic if you have any other issues. Thanks.
