Installed this plugin on a multi-site and all websites stopped working – displaying 505 timeout error. The WP dashboard froze after installation.

Quickly deleted the plugin using cPanel File Manager and all websites are back online again.

  • Hi @mountbest

I hope you are doing well today.

Could you let us know does error appear:
    A) just right after installation
    B) after you run first scan

Also, is this some sort of shared hosting with limited resources?

Is there any possibility you could create a staging site, and before installation enable debug.log in wp-config file so we could have more data what was the main issue? All of this could help us and future users to narrow down main issue.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

right after installation I could see your checker on the WP dashboard menu, but it did not work – the site has become frozen. I tried clicking on the link – nothing happened. Then I tried to access other websites from same multisite WP installation – they all went offline reporting 505 timout error.

I run a VPS with 3 cPanels. One cPanel serves 11 websites in multi-site WP installation. Some of the server params related to the cPanel in question are below

    Server architecture Linux 4.18.0 x86_64
    Web server Apache
PHP version 8.1.23 (Supports 64bit values)
    PHP SAPI fpm-fcgi
    PHP max input variables 4000
    PHP time limit 300
    PHP memory limit 768M
    Max input time 600
    Upload max filesize 512M
    PHP post max size 512M

Since this is not a necessary plugin for me I hesitate to allocate more time to it.
