    Hello @agentmate4,

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Do you have any plugins that manage optimization or caching? If so, you can try disabling those plugins or clearing the cache first to ensure that this issue is not a conflict with a plugin, cache, or feature.

    If you have followed the steps above but there is no change, you can try regenerating CSS and Data in Elementor from the menu Elementor -> Tools -> General -> Regenerate CSS & Data.

    I disabled plugins, regenerated the CSS & Data and am still having the same issue…

    After further investigation, it appears that you have only provided one item (testimonial). Can you please check on that?

    If possible, could you take a screenshot of your testimonial configuration? You can also provide the template by exporting it, so we can investigate this issue more thoroughly.

    We apologize for the delay in our response. We have revisited your site, but it seems that the Testimonial widget is working fine.

    Previously, we imported the template you provided, but we did not encounter any issues like you described. We have considered a few things that might be happening. If you do not set the “Slide to Show” option or provide a value that exceeds the number of items you have added, the Testimonial widget will shrink as shown in the image below. We recommend setting it to at least 1 and not exceeding the number of items.
