I am not the only one that it did not work for, only one who posted a comment about it. All Plugins encourage feedback and reviews. Maybe if more people left honest feedback there would be better plugins! See: http://kovshenin.com/wordpress/plugins/technical-support/?allcomments
Definitely give feedback — but don’t say not to bother with the plugin because that’s giving false information to people. The plugin works perfectly fine for me which tells me there is an issue with either your host, theme, etc.
I installed the plugin, but it does not appear anywhere in “Settings”, “Dashboard”, or anywhere else. It shows that it is installed and activated, yet its invisible. This is the same issue others have with it.
That’s weird cause it shows under settings in my admin area. I’m guessing it has to do with something other than the plugin… another plugin perhaps, that is preventing it from working. Try deactivating ALL plugins, then reactivate TSP and see if it works. If it does, reactivate the other plugins until you find the culprit.
