Arabic/RTL not working (extra plugin issue)

    I had a different issue earlier with custom document notes not appearing in the PDF. Previous issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/custom-notes-not-appearing-in-pdf/

    I was able to narrow down this issue to this plugin: “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips + mPDF“. When this plugin is enabled, Arabic works in invoices but custom notes do not appear.

    When you disable this plugin, Arabic language appears as “????????” but custom notes appear normally in the PDF. So this extra plugin is the problem that caused the previous issue I posted about.

    Any suggestion to fix this please?
