    Hi!

    I have your plugin installed on a multi-site network. For one of the market all the orders have the text “No customer consent received”. When I look in the setting I do see that the option “Customer Consent” dont exist above the “Customer Consent Text” option fo the market that does not work.

    So in some way it seems that that option is activated, but I dont want it to be activated…..and I cant uncheck that option in admin.

    Please help

  • Same here. One of the last updates introduced the new checkbox which is a MAJOR headache for us. With the verification option enabled, there is no way to remove the checkbox. So, we switched to no verification which causes other trouble. It is a MESS! 90% of the customers do NOT actively give their consent. This results in a MASSIVE loss of reviews. Please, remove this ASAP. Let the shop owners decide how to handle this.

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    If you do not want to display a consent checkbox, please switch the “Verified Reviews” option to “No verification” (it is on the “Review Reminder” tab of the plugin’s settings).



    If you would like to use the “Independently verified” option and have CusRev to send review reminders on your behalf, then we require an explicit consent from your customers according to the EU laws.

    OK, understood. EU laws are always a pain in the neck. 🙂
