Hello @nageen-chauhan thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you’re having these troubles with your Analytics. I would be happy to take a look at this for you. Please can you share the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Do you see Analytics data on the Site Kit dashboard at this time?
I can see from your screenshot you have shared that a Google tag is being found when checking in google tag assistance. This Google tag ‘GT-‘ will be collecting your GA4 data which is linked to your GA4 measurement ID. You can find out more on the Google tag in our guide here.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks Adam for quick response !!
if this GT tag is collecting data and sharing with GA4 then why showing this error at analytics homepage – https://prnt.sc/ZgdjwCkPpgZb
where do I add this measurement id in the plugin ? or is this fine ?
@nageen-chauhan When going to Site Kit > Settings > Connected Services > Analytics do you see your GA4 measurement ID? Can you also confirm if you see any data in your Site Kit dashboard?
I can also further check this for you if you could share your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
Yes GA4 measurement id is there – https://prnt.sc/B-Zt9CB7kJLw
I also uploaded site health info.
@nageen-chauhan Thanks for confirming. I can see from your website source code that Site Kit is placing the Analytics code as expected. If you can see data in your Site Kit matching the data in your Analytics account then everything is working as it should from what I can see.
If you are having any issues in the Analytics account itself then I would suggest checking the Analytics Help Center for further assistance.
