TPG Telco IP blocked

Hi

Could you please let me know how to get our website to show again and not be blacklisted.

Cleantalk seems to be blocking a major Australian telco (TPG) so when we use our own internet account (via TPG) and our own website we get the following message:

Security FireWall is activated for your IP 193.82.233.207Blacklisted The page was generated at Mon, 24 Jul 2023 02:41:40

I’ve whitelisted the IP address about 1 hour ago but still it comes up as blocked.

Could you please assist?
