Also note that i have disabled reCaptcha temporarily so that the form will work for my customers.
Hi @timescapeireland,
Thanks for reaching out!
So, I was able to submit the form on https://timescapegames.com/ (screenshot).
In order for us to investigate the issue, could you please create a test page and add a new form with Google reCAPTCHA? Then please share the page URL where is the test form.
Also, please go to WPForms > Tools > System Info, and paste here the system info of your site.
With these details, I can try to provide further information about the issue.
Thanks!
Hi Ralden,
Thanks for getting back to me. You were able to submit the form as I had disabled the reCaptcha for the form. I have enabled reCaptcha again so you can test again and see the error.
Also please find the system info below.
Thanks!

Hi @timescapeireland,
I could reproduce the issue on https://timescapegames.com/ (screenshot). However, looking at the Page Source, it seems you’re using a third-party solution to add Google reCAPTCHA on your site – screenshot.
The possible next steps could be:
1. You can enable No-Conflict Mode in WPForm’s reCAPTCHA settings (under WPForms » Settings » reCAPTCHA tab).
2. You can turn your third-party solution off and verify if the issue continues.
I hope this helps!
Hi,
The reCaptcha seems to be working fine now but I would like to know if there is a way to hide the reCaptcha icon from my site?
Thanks
Hi @timescapeireland,
To hide the reCAPTCHA badge on your page, you need to follow the instructions in this FAQ. To add the text required by Google, I would suggest using the Message field description (screenshot).
I hope this helps!
Hi @timescapeireland,
We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
Thanks!
Hi team, I am having the same issue with one of our forms on the website. However, we have just noticed the form not working. We did not change anything on the settings since the last time it successfully worked.
May you be of assistance?
Thank you.
Kindly,
Steffi
Hi @steffigast,
Thanks for reaching out!
In case you’re seeing this alert: “The form was unable to submit. Please contact the site administrator.” Please know that problems with form submission often result from a conflict between the cached site and the anti-spam protection feature in WPForms.
For details on how to solve this issue, please refer to our guide about troubleshooting cache settings.
From that guide, there are 3 options to address the issue:
1) You can adjust your site caching to a maximum of 45 hours;
2) You can change the cache lifetime of the WPForms form token following this guide;
3) You can disable the anti-spam protection feature in your form. And use another of our anti-spam features available in our guide about preventing spam in WPForms.
If you’d like more help with this, could you please create a new post on our WPForms Lite support forum.
Thanks!
