Issues with images appearing distorted

    Hi, I’m having an issue with Photonic on my website that I can’t figure out how to correct. We’re using SmugMug w/ Photonic. All of the images are loading distorted when we publish the posts on both desktop & mobile. This just recently became an issue – I haven’t changed any settings since I started using Photonic over a year ago. Any reason why this may have happened all of a sudden?

    You have a lazy-loading plugin that is doing this. You will either need to disable that plugin, or, if possible, configure it so that it does not target Photonic’s images. That plugin is replacing all of Photonic’s images with dummy, square transparent images, which is causing the distortion.
