Mailchimp showing total revenue in wrong currency

    Hi,

    I’ve just set up the Woocommerce/Mailchimp integration on my WordPress site. The integration seems to be working ok but when I go to Mailchimp the total revenue for individual contacts seems to be showing in USD even though my store currency is AUD. Have I done something wrong in the set up?

    Hi @mtravers, thanks for reaching out. Couple of questions:

    • When you go to the plugin’s settings -> Store tab, what is the “Locale” set to?
    • If it’s set to the correct Locale, do you have more than one store syncing to your Audience that is USD?
    • If the Locale is right and there are no other stores connected to your Audience, please disable all your other plugins (except WooCommerce and Mailchimp) to see if the problem persists. This is recommended to facilitate in a staging environment so it doesn’t interfere with your production site.
