    Hi,

    I am using the free versjon, so this might not apply for me.
    But how do i stop people from entrying my Formidable forms, twice or more?

    I am hosting a contest and i don’t want a person signing up 15 times, to the same contest. Please help.

    Hi @loppisinorge

    In the Pro version of our plugin we have options to limit the number of entries to one per user/IP address/cookie, but I’m afraid we do not have any similar functionality in the free version of our plugin.

    Thanks for answering.
    I found a snippet, that can be used for now to stop duplicate entries.

    Just had to change the id in the snippet.

    Hi @loppisinorge

    The code snippet you mentioned is one I am familiar with – but it will only prevent a 2nd entry if it is an exact duplicate of the first. If any field value is different, the form will still submit and a new entry will be created.

    The Pro version of our plugin allows you to limit the form to a single entry per user in a much more effective way.
