allow all wordpress users to access course

    Rather than having each ‘student’ register for each course, I’d like to allow everyone who is a registered user of my website to access all “member” courses. I have some courses that are free and open to the public, and others that are a benefit of being a member of my website.

    How can I make it so that all users with an account on my wordpress site have access to specific courses, without requiring them to be added or registered in each course?

    Hello, @rabbit424

    By default, all users of the website need to register in order to access the courses, as the LMS does not allow users without an account to access the course.
    If you want to separate users and members of a certain affiliation, then you will need the MasterStudy Pro and Paid Membership PRO plugin, here is a link to the manual:

    Or you can get a Theme that includes MasterStudy Pro and Paid Membership Pro, where you can set up plans for which certain users will have access to certain courses, here is a link to the manual:

    we offer membership at our organization that extends beyond our website. access to the courses is just one of the benefits of being a member of our organization. Is there a way for us to upload our entire membership database into LMS and give all of those members access to all courses without them having to register individually? would paid membership pro do that?

    Hello @rabbit424,

    By default Paid Membership pro cant import the database with Membership plans.

    With Plugin you can edit existing users and manually assign membership levels.

    Can you please help me understand a little bit better, or give more detailed instructions? If I already have users in wordpress, what plugin should I use in order to assign them to a membership in masterstudy LMS so that they have access to all courses that are ‘included with membership’? Based on the previous answer, it sounds like that is possible… Im just not clear on the steps… thanks!

    As for the MasterStudy LMS plugin part, you can create a plan in the Paid Membership plugin and assign available course categories to that plan, we have demonstrated the process in a video:

    However, regarding bulk role changes for all existing users, this request needs to be clarified directly with the developers of the Paid Membership Pro plugin, they may have separate addons for bulk applying roles. You can clarify this request in the comments of this plugin:
