    hello,

I used SiteKit to connect to AdSense. The problem is that an error message saying that there are two accounts is displayed.

I deleted the site I was using with AdSense and created another AdSense account to get new approval.

After this, when I connect my newly approved AdSense account to the same site, I get an error message saying that I have two AdSense accounts.

I disabled SiteKit and checked, but I still have the Adsense code from my old account.

Can I delete the AdSense code from a previously used account? Or is there another way?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @blackdeth73

Thanks for reaching out and sharing details of the console errors you’re encountering. I checked your site and your sites source code. From doing do I can see there is an AdSense snippet not placed via Site Kit present. Luckily, for the moment this doesn’t seem to be impacting ads, however, as you’ve highlighted the browser console error does indicate that you shouldn’t have more than one AdSense code snippet, in particular referencing another AdSense account ID.

In order to resolve this, you’ll need to determine how the other AdSense snippet was placed, before then removing it, if this is your old and no longer valid AdSense publisher ID. The first place to check may be your theme files, or any functions added. Using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin can be used for this, to safety check for the present of the snippet while in troubleshooting mode. Let me know if you need any help doing so.

Site Kit is connected to one of your accounts (ca-pub-6940******0352). If this isn’t the account which is valid you can of course use a different AdSense account. In order to do so you’ll need to disconnect from Site Kit and connect once more, this time using the Google account associated with the correct AdSense ID. As users must use the same Google account to set up Site Kit and connect the various modules (in your case AdSense) you may need to share access to the connected Analytics property with your other Google account if you are switching Google accounts, in order to avoid permissions errors.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Thank you as always for your quick replies.
I found that another plugin was using AdSense code and deleted it.
