• This introductory line seems like a joke “Uncanny Automator is the easiest and most powerful way to automate your WordPress site with no code.”

I have been unsuccessfully trying to send a posted article to Twitter and failing. Somehow it posted one article, then it is silent. There is no clue what is breaking it or how to configure it.

I believe Twitter has set some restrictions on automating tweets very recently.

    Thanks @airtasker6 !

@adnan770 also logged a ticket with our Help Desk so we’re currently collecting more information there. Right now it seems like some assistance is needed setting up the recipe.

I would have happily lodged a ticket for my support thread here – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/persistent-database-upload-error/ – through your website (being a paying customer and all), but I did not receive a reply to the last 2 tickets I submitted through the website.

Nor have I received a reply here on WordPress even though you’ve replied to my reply to this other thread.

    Hi @airtasker6 ,

Your other ticket is technical in nature and our developers are not available over the weekend. It seems like it’s related to views, which would have to be dropped before migration (they don’t contain data), but I would rather a developer from our team review your other ticket before our team comments.

We do also reply to all support tickets that come in via our website. Did you receive an autoreply from us confirming receipt? Or, if any tickets were sent this weekend, that probably explains why we haven’t replied. Our regular team is only able to look at support tickets during regular business hours. We’re happy to look into it, but we would need more details about what you submitted. It may be better to submit a separate ticket though or email to support @ automatorplugin.com since it’s not related to this thread.

    Thanks

@airtasker6 , it may not be related, but I do see an ticket thread that seems linked, as the username does match what’s here (it’s linked to a email address). If it is the same one, the last ticket we have was concluded March 30th after our team provided feedback and we received a note thanking us for assistance. If that is the same user, no tickets are showing on our side after March 30th.

    Hi @uncannyautomator,

That was the last ticket that was replied to. I submitted 2 others after that and no, I did not receive an autoreply. I will add more info about the database to the other thread so as to keey all info about the problem in one thread.
