My site is facing a problem that I have never encountered.
This is what appears when a user wants to display a page with several flipbooks.
It’s the same on a page with a single flipbook.

Here is the message that appears on the page and does not disappear, even after loading.

“Please wait while flipbook is loading. Form more related info, FAQs ans issues please refer to DearFlip WordPress Flipbook Plugin Help documentation.”

So far everything was working perfectly.
I tried to reinstall a previous save, but no result.

Hi,

Please do not use multiple embedded flipbooks in the same page.

Multiple simultaneous flipbooks will use toomuch resources and crash the page, especially in devices with low memory.

However, the same issue occurs for pages with a single document like this: https://ensemble-mouvement.com/brochure-retraite/

Is there another problem?

Hi,

We see that the CSS file is missing. and the text is displayed on top of the flipbook. Most possibly because some cache plugin or minify/combine is causing issue. Try by disabling that feature and check.

We too use litespeed but do not have such issues.

Hi,

I disabled the cache (litespeed), but it doesn’t change anything.
The display is still defective.
Do you have another idea?

Looks like cache issue is resolved.

Just don’t use too many embedded flipbooks in a page.
The flipbooks are anyway too small for people to read. and they need to click on fullscreen. So it is anyway same as opening in lightbox. https://dearflip.com/flipbook-examples/

Hello,

Thank you for your help and your responsiveness.
However, I didn’t fully understand why some pages worked properly and others didn’t.
On the other hand, I will follow your recommendation, which seems to me quite relevant and which I should have implemented as the number of dFlipBooks increased.

I’m coming back to you to try to resolve the problem of conflict between litespeed and dflip.
Following your advice, I have replaced all flipbooks with thumb mode.
No running issues as far as I can see.

On the other hand, if I restart the cache with litespeed, the display starts to malfunction again.
How can I do, because my site is obviously slowed down and my host’s dashboard prompts me to activate the cache with litespeed ?
