I understand that you would like to disable the “pay with Link” button, however none of the suggestion in the threads you have shared, work for you, is this correct?
Just to clarify, is Link deactivated in Stripe itself: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/link

If Link is deactivated in Stripe itself, and it makes no difference, I’d suggest subscribing to the GitHub report which addresses this issue.
Since our developers are aware of this, subscribing to the issue will help you stay looped in on any updates as they happen.

Thanks for the reply. That’s correct. Yes, Link is deactivated in Stripe. The Github report shows that the bug is over 4 months old and still nothing has been done about it. I shall try another plugin instead.

Sorry to hear about that.
I can understand how frustrating this can be. I don’t have an ETA for the developers to fix this, you can try to roll back the version of your Stripe payment gateway, you can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/, to see if that makes a difference while a solution is implemented.
