Plugin Restore deleted all plugins
-
Some time last week, the resources listed in my booking calendar plugin went missing. When I logged into wordpress, the booking calendar resource list displayed that each table had crashed. A little research and I discovered that my six-month booking calendar subscription had expired. That should be easy enough to fix! I purchased a new subscription (also a new version), downloaded and installed it precisely per instruction. There is a very specific step where you de-activate the current version and make sure “delete my data” is unchecked, of course I triple-confirmed it was unchecked.
After the install the resources were still missing. I thought, well, what if I just restored my website to a point in time before the resources went missing. I restored plugins from March 29th using the plugin UpDraft Plus. The restore indicated it was successful. Now my website is a complete mess-as you can see from the link. The WordPress Admin page indicates that there are no plugins whatsoever. Just errors.
I genuinely don’t know what to do – I lost my web dev a couple of months ago so I have no where to turn at present. I hope someone out there can help!
