How do I get rid of the banner JetPack displays on the Media page to “supercharge” site performance? It’s covering the buttons and I can’t upload images.

@duanemitchell It’s unusual that the banner would be blocking other items in the WP Admin dashboard.
At this point, I’d like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s happening.
