    Hello,

    I think since the beginning of March but without certainty I no longer receive subscriptions to the newsletter.

    A customer tells me that he does not know how to register and, I look and when I try I have the error message that the telephone field is empty. However, I do not ask for the telephone field to register for my newsletter. Here to help me out I added the field but I don’t need the phone. So even in elementor ->mailpoet 3 -> phone -> none . It does not work.

    Obliged to put the telephone field with the necessary brand for it to work.

    Help me please.

    Does the form created by mailpoet have priority over that of elementor? I removed the necessary fields from the mailpoet form and it seems to work weird, right?

    Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

    If you have created a form in MailPoet and marked that new field as mandatory, then it will be mandatory in all your form submissions.

    You can re-create the MailPoet form if you need it, just make sure that the phone field is not included (or at least not marked as mandatory).
