How to reduced admin ajax calls?

    I have installed ad rotator plugin on my multinetwork site. It’s causing to many admin ajax request in one minute. Can you please suggest how I can reduced these calls? Currently it’s giving 136 [action] => adrotate_impression per minutes which is causing server overload.
