    I got the email just like that:

    Sorry there is a link at the end could not send you a screenshot due to security

    when Someone subscribe I need him to get an email thanking him but the email sent is not good

    I am not sure What is the problem but I think it is i’m the email header .. gmail cannot read it as HTML email

    Hi @samialdibs

    In general, Hustle only initiates an action to send the email, but actually it’s your WP website that sends it. Could you please try sending the email to another address different that Gmail? In this way we can isolate if this is a site or email provider issue.

    If the same issue can be noticed when sending to different email address, then please do share the file export so that we could check the existing settings, in the Popups list go to Gear Icon -> Export

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the popup, then you can duplicate it, remove any sensitive information, and then export it. You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.
