    Hi @roadlink,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

We have tested the export and import of these characters in our test environment and it’s working fine. The plugin exports the file with UTF-8 encoding so there will be no issues with the export. The issue you are facing with the export file might be because the spreadsheet application you are using is not able to handle UTF-8 encoded files properly. Can you please share the exported CSV with which you are facing the issue?

Regarding the issue with importing, please make sure that the CSV file is saved with UTF-8 encoding to import special character data. Please go through the article on how to save CSV as UTF-8 encoded.

You can share the CSV by uploading it to Google Drive or WeTransfer or any similar service and sharing the link. Or else, you can share it via support and mention this support thread URL when submitting the ticket.

I have sent the file through your contact page.
But the original file has issue and even when I convert it to unicode utf8 it doesn’t fixed.
