Delete Pop-Up dosn`t work

    Hi, I delete on the start site of http://www.praxis-kleintiere.de the pop up. On my pc It works, but not on my mobile device. I delete the browser history, but it dosn´t work. Could you help me please? Many thanks in advance.

    Hi @mkka710,

    Just to be sure whether I understood your issue, the popup is disabled and still its showing up in Mobile?

    I could notice the above when tested, however, this looks more related to the cache issue. If I load the site with the URL parameter then the popup doesn’t load on mobile which would point that the issue is due to cache.

    Could we know did you try clearing cache on your website side to see whether the issue resolves?

    You’ll have to make sure to clear the cache enabled on the Hosting Provider side.
